Each print is exclusive meaning only one is available. Once a digital print has been sold no other customer will be able to purchase the same print.

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS

All products sold by www.sorenkearney.com are final. We do not offer credits or refunds for change of mind once payment has been processed.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

By purchasing a digital print from www.sorenkearney.com you are purchasing the digital file/s in PSD, JPEG format. Files will be emailed to customer within 72 hours of payment being received. The delivery time frames we offer are a best estimate and may be effected by public holidays and busy periods due to the additional volume

Accompanying your digital purchase you will be sent a digital invoice. No physical item will be posted - However a physical copy of your invoice can be mailed via Australia Post upon request.

PAYMENTS

We accept payment via Paypal.

Full payment only. No delays, no split payments or lay-bys available. Full payment is required before digital artworks purchased will be sent to customer.

All artworks, text, images, logos, social media posts, videos whether registered or not belong to Soren Kearney and are protected by intellectual property laws and copyright.

Please be respectful of the original content supplied on www.sorenkearney.com 

All artworks in Print Library are exclusive designs. Any theft, replication, modification, distribution of original artworks on www.sorenkearney.com are in breach of the terms and conditions. 

Soren Kearney being the artist of the prints available on www.sorenkearney.com reserves the right to use any/all  prints from the website and custom designs in promotional materials, social media and her design portfolio.

If it becomes evident that someone is abusing the confidentiality and privacy of exclusive content and access to www.sorenkearney.com we reserve the right to block access, and to take legal action.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

By using www.sorenkearney.com you are agreeing to the terms of the website. If you are accessing our Print Library via password access you are not to share your login details with any other person. Each member wanting to gain access to our exclusive Print Library must contact soke.originals@gmail.com directly to request access. Access will only be authorised by Soren Kearney and it is at Soren Kearney's discretion whether access is confirmed or denied. Each request will be assessed on a case by case basis.

We require a business name as well as full name and email address to be accepted to gain access to the Print Library.

As we are daily editing and updating our products and information at www.sorenkearney.com there may be description errors, there may be items appearing as available that have been previously sold.

It is our utmost priority to keep our products and digital files exclusive and we are committed to doing our best to remove products within 72 hours of being purchased.

We reserve the right to update prices, descriptions and availability of products at any time.

If a print is incorrectly priced below $200 we reserve the right to cancel the sale and refund the payment. Please understand that at occasionally there may be cases of human error. We aim to be as transparent and honest with our customers as possible.
